We do require all new applicants to fill out the application for the membership level of your choosing completely and thoroughly in order to be considered for membership. Your application information will be viewed only by the MentorCONNECT leadership team.

However, once you are approved for members, you are free to create a pseudonym or use your first name only when creating your profile inside the closed online community (called the "Forums") that MentorCONNECT members visit to access group mentoring membership benefits. You are also free to share as much or little as you wish about your identity with your selected mentor, should you wish to match one-on-one with a mentor.
