Who do I contact for extra support as a new mentor?

As a new mentor member, you are paired with a Mentor2Mentor Supervisor who will be your primary point of contact as you begin your volunteer service with MentorCONNECT.

Consult your welcome email for your Mentor2Mentor Supervisor's contact information.

You will also receive a confidential monthly survey to complete that should take less than five minutes of your time. Surveys are mandatory for all mentor and mentee level members, and you can use the survey to let your Mentor2Mentor Supervisor know what type of support you need and any questions that you have.

You will also be contacted monthly via email by your Mentor2Mentor Supervisor, who will check in with you and offer support as you continue your match.
