I am a mentor member. How do mentors and mentees match up?

Here on MentorCONNECT, our mentee members are responsible for selecting from the list of available mentors (provided via a private, password protected link to our mentee level members only) and making their own mentoring match.

We do provide some assistance if a mentee is having trouble making a match. However, we have new mentee level members join every day, so it is very likely that within a week of becoming a mentor volunteer you will be contacted by a prospective mentee.

At this time, you can use the information provided to you in your Mentor Orientation & Training Packet to determine whether you wish to match with the prospective mentee.

i just signed up to get a mentor and for support group also.i didnt get a login name or password or anything about picking my mentor...i heard online group is tonight and have got no INFO from mentor connect at all.it upsets me i bought beating ana and i want to fight my ED AND MENTOR.ORG has gave me no information at alll.i wouldnt be here if i didnt need help and was looking forward to go to the support group tonight.this is discouraging :( they acy like we get a book full of helpful uplifting etc...and i have got NOTHING.....very disappointed and still no log in name or password...i'm sorry but that's rude i signed up cuz i want help and no one has messaged me....and now it looks like i cant go to their ED support group tonight WOW WOW WOW maybe it's not for me.....if i dont hear from mentor connect i'm done i was mislead about this site..and was so excited too ; )
