How do I upgrade my membership to Mentee Level so I can match with a mentor?

In order to upgrade your membership from General Support level to Mentee Level, you must complete the following:

Obtain a copy of the eating disorders mentoring book "Beating Ana: How to Outsmart Your Eating Disorder and Take Your Life Back"
Complete the Recovery Workshop Exercise at the end of the chapter called "The First Step"
Send your response to the Exercise to us using our secure CONTACT FORM
Instructions will be sent to you via email for how to upgrade your membership and match with a mentor
